Tools and consumable materials - 2 isolating valves - 1 pressure gage - 1 three-way union - 3 high pressure pipes - 1 battery 24 volts or constant voltage electric supply - Electric wiring - 1 ammeter - 1 voltmeter - 1 control switch - Hydraulic fluid (TB 02-001) B. Procedure 1) Remove the electrohydraulic generator - refer to Paragraph 2. 2) Connect the electrohydraulic generator according to Figure 202. 3) Open the two isolating valves and run motor in both directions to purge air from test system. 4) Close isolating valve (6). Run motor to check high pressure and electric consumption - refer to charts hereafter. 5) Run motor to the low pressure direction. The pressure has to reach zero. 6) Close isolating valve (8).
