12) Check the level of hydraulic fluid (TB 02-001) in the electrohydraulic generator reservoir. Add if necessary.
13) Mark the nuts of actuating cylinder hoses with a red paint line.
14) Make sure all the tools and materials are removed and the work area is clean and free from debris.
15) Install the cowling under hull 218.
16) Lower the aircraft to ground and remove the jacks - refer to 07-10-00.
17) Remove the warning sign prohibiting main switch-breaker operation.

3. ADJUSTMENT / TEST - MAIN LANDING GEAR ACTUATING CYLINDER (Figures 202 and 203)
A. Tools and consumable materials
- Hydraulic jacks
- Wrench OU 4474A
- Torque wrench 0 - 442.5 lbf.in (0 - 50 N.m)
- Cleaning agent (TB 11-003)
- Loctite (TB 08-931)
- Red paint
B. Method of "Si" outlet direction adjustment with actuating cylinder installed
1) Jack up the aircraft - refer to 07-10-00.
2) Make sure that the main switch-breaker is open.
3) Install the warning sign prohibiting main switch-breaker operation.

4) Uncouple the main landing gear door - refer to 32-10-05.
5) Unlock jam nut (8) with wrench OU 4474A.
6) Direct "S1" outlet towards the spar core by installing a 0.39 in (1 mm) shim between protector (6) and
pipe (7).
7) Lock jam nut (8) with wrench OU 4474A and torque jam nut (8) - refer to 20-00-01.
8) Disengage the landing gear electrohydraulic generator circuit-breaker.
9) Pull the landing gear emergency control.
10) Unlock the hinged strut manually - refer to 32-30-03.
11) Actuate the landing gear manually. Check the gap between pipe (7) and protector (6). At the end of the
travel, make sure pipe (7) is not in contact with landing gear leg and protector (6).
12) Lock the landing gear in down position manually.
13) Push back the landing gear emergency control.
14) Check landing gear control linkage and indicating system - refer to 32-30-00.
15) Check for leaks at the actuating cylinder (5) level.
16) Mark jam nut (8) and the actuating cylinder (5) body with a red paint line.
17) Make sure all the tools and materials are removed and the work area is clean and free from debris.
18) Couple the main landing gear door - refer to 32-10-05.
