7) Remove nut (5), microswitch (3), toothed washers (7) and tab washer (6). Discard toothed washers (7).
C. Installation of the hinged strut microswitches (Figure 201)
1) Install microswitch (3) (equipped with tab washer (6) for the nose landing gear) and a new toothed washer (7) on bracket (4).
NOTE : Observe the mounting direction of tab washer (6) - refer to Details A and B.
2) Secure microswitch with tab washer (6) (for the main landing gear), new toothed washer (7) and nut (5).
3) Adjust microswitch - refer to Paragraph 3.
4) Connect connector (1).
5) Attach microswitch (3) wiring (2) to main landing gear leg and to nose landing gear hinged strut with tie wraps.
6) Check landing gear control linkage and indicating system - refer to 32-30-00.
7) Lower the aircraft to ground and remove the jacks - refer to 07-10-00.
8) Install the engine cowlings - refer to 71-10-01.
9) Remove the warning sign prohibiting main switch-breaker operation. With vapor cycle cooling system
10) Perform an operational test of vapor cycle cooling system - refer to 21-55-00.
NOTE : This test must be performed only if the microswitch attached to the hinged strut of R.H. main landing gear has been removed.
D. Removal of the up landing gear microswitches (Figure 202)
1) Jack up the aircraft - refer to 07-10-00.
2) Make sure that the main switch-breaker is open.
3) Install the warning sign prohibiting main switch-breaker operation.

4) Remove the engine cowlings (nose landing gear microswitch) - refer to 71-10-01.
5) Disconnect connector (1).
6) Remove and discard nuts (8).
7) Remove washers (7), bolts (2), counterplate (6) or (6A), washers (3) and microswitch (5).
E. Installation of the up landing gear microswitches (Figure 202)
1) Install microswitch (5) on bracket (4).
2) Attach microswitch with bolts (2), washers (3) and (7), counterplate (6) or (6A) and new nuts (8). Slightly tighten in order not to damage microswitch.
3) Adjust microswitch (5) - refer to Paragraph 3.
4) Check landing gear control linkage and indicating system - refer to 32-30-00.

5) Lower the aircraft to ground and remove the jacks - refer to 07-10-00.
6) Install the engine cowlings - refer to 71-10-01.
