Discard cotter pin (1). All 12) Tilt landing gear rearward to release hinge pin (21) from rear bearing. 13) Remove the landing gear from the well in the wing and put it on a work bench. 14) Disassemble the landing gear, if necessary - refer to Paragraph D. Installation of the main landing gear (Figure 201) 1) Lubricate bolts (6) and (9), hinge pin (21) and door rod (12) with grease (TB 04-004A). 2) Install the landing gear and insert hinge pin (21) in its bearing situated on the wing small spar. All CAUTION : IF THE HINGED STRUT ATTACHMENT IS EQUIPPED WITH AN IRREVERSIBLE SHOULDERED WASHER, OBSERVE MANDATORY MOUNTING DIRECTION - REFER TO 32-30-03. 5) Attach hinged strut (11) to the gear with bolt (9), shouldered washer (10), washer (19) and a new nut (18). Torque - refer to 20-00-01. 6) Secure compensating spring (20) with roller (15), washer (16) and a new cotter pin (17). 7) Remove the blanking caps, then connect the brake system pipes and hoses. Torque - refer to 20-00-02. 8) Connect door rod (12) to the gear leg with washer (13) and a new cotter pin (14). 9) Connect the connector, if installed or connect the supply plugs and attach the wiring to the gear. 10) Lubricate completely the gear leg - refer to 12-21-05. 11) Drain the brake system - refer to 12-13-01. 12) Connect the battery. WARNING : BEFORE ANY LANDING GEAR RETRACTION OR "NORMAL" OR "EMERGENCY" EXTENSION PROCEDURE, AND / OR LANDING GEAR CIRCUIT-BREAKER CLOSING, MAKE SURE THAT THE LANDING GEAR IMMEDIATE SURROUNDINGS ARE CLEAR (PERSONS OR THINGS). 13) Check control linkage and indicating system - refer to 32-30-00. 14) Lower the aircraft to ground and remove the jacks - refer to 07-10-00. D.
