18) Smear segments (51) and securing washers (31) with lubricant (TB 04-004A). 19) If removed, install segments (51) into hinged body (36). 20) If removed, insert shouldered bushing(s) (52) or shouldered bushing (52) and cage (53). 21) Engage hinged body (36) and securing washers (31) onto landing gear leg (23). 22) Insert and secure upper stop (30) into landing gear leg (23) using bolt (24), washer (47) and a new nut (46). 23) Attach lever (48) to landing gear leg (23) using bolts (50) and washers (49). 24) Apply an even thick coat of protection product (TB 05-917) onto bearing (37) up to 0-ring (35) with a flat paint brush. 25) Insert sliding cylinder (42) / bearing (37) assembly into landing gear leg (23). 26) Remove excess protection product (TB 05-917) scraped off by landing gear leg (23). 27) Install circlip (41) into landing gear leg (23) groove. 28) Rotate landing gear leg (23) several times to make sure circlip (41) positioning is correct. 29) Clean sliding cylinder (42). Lubricate it with hydraulic fluid (TB 02-001). 30) Use Loctite (TB 09-906) to install charging valve (21) with new 0-ring (22). Allow to harden for 1 to 2 hours. 31) Install upper scissors (44) on boss of landing gear leg (23) - refer to 32-20-03. 32) Lubricate hinged body (36) and scissors with lubricant (TB 04-004A) - refer to 12-21-05. 33) Fill shock-absorber - refer to 32-20-00, Page 301. 34) Inflate shock-absorber - refer to 12-14-02. 35) Check the isotherm of shock-absorber - refer to 32-20-00, Page 501. 36) Install nose landing gear on mount - refer to Paragraph 1.C. 37) Check nose landing gear and adjust, if necessary - refer to 32-20-00, Page 501.
