10) Connect the microswitch (21) connectors and attach the electrical wiring to the landing gear.
11) Install grease nipples (8) and (13). Torque - refer to 20-00-01.
12) Lubricate the landing gear leg completely - refer to 12-21-05.
13) Install the brake unit - refer to 32-42-02.
14) Install the main wheel - refer to 32-41-01.
15) Install the landing gear - refer to Paragraph C.
3. ADJUSTMENT / TEST

4. INSPECTION / CHECK - MAIN LANDING GEAR (Figure 203)
A. Tools and consumable materials
- Adhesive
- Plumb line
- Reglet
B. Check of the main landing gear clearance
1) Level the aircraft - refer to 08-10-00.
2) Put a large adhesive strip under the main landing gears, vertically to the wheel axle.
3) With a plumb line, perform the following operations
a) By pushing sidewise on the landing gear, mark "A" and "B" points.
b) By pushing the landing gear forward and backward, mark "C" and "D" points.
4) Measure the distance between "A" and "B" points and then "C" and "D" points. Both dimensions must be lower than 0.20 in (5 mm).
NOTE : It is recommended to replace the hinge bearing gimbals of the main landing gears when the dimension measured is equal or upper than 0.20 in (5 mm).

6. REPAIR - MAIN LANDING GEAR (Figure 204)
A. Tools and consumable materials
- Standard aeronautical maintenance station tools.
B. Repair of hollow pin
1) Materials required
- a countersunk screw - P / N Z00.N5156294236 (2)
- a washer - P / N Z00.N5701039240 (4)
- a nut - P / N Z00.N5401458239 (3)
2) Procedure
Repair consists in positioning again one or both pads (uncrimped when a too hard pressure is applied by the grease pump during hollow pin lubrication) and in maintaining these pads with a bolt :
a) Remove one pad.
b) Degrease hollow pin and pads.
c) Drill in the middle of both pads a dia. .20 in (5.1 mm) hole.
d) Countersink hole of one pad at 120°.
e) Deburr pads, clean them as well as hollow pin.
f) Position again pads on hollow pin.
CAUTION : TIGHTENING LIMIT : POSITION BOLT AGAINST PADS AND SCREW NUT OF ONLY 1/2 ADDITIONAL TURN.
g) After assembly on the landing gear, do not forget to lubricate the hollow pin.
