WARNING : PRIOR TO ANY LANDING GEAR OPERATION, MAKE SURE THE LANDING GEAR AREA IS CLEAR. 4) Retract the landing gear. 5) Open main switch-breaker. 6) Install the warning sign prohibiting main switch-breaker operation. WARNING DO NOT OPERATE MAINTENANCE WORK IN PROGRESS 7) With a rule, check clearance between nose landing gear door (2) and engine cowling (1) - refer to Detail A. 8) Make sure door (2) is 0.08 in (2 mm) back from engine cowling (1) profile. WARNING : PRIOR TO ANY LANDING GEAR OPERATION, MAKE SURE THE LANDING GEAR AREA IS CLEAR. 9) Close main switch-breaker. 10) Extend the landing gear. 11) Open main switch-breaker. 12) If necessary, rework the clearance between door (2) and engine cowling (1). a) Remove door (2) - refer to Paragraph 2. b) Adjust engine cowling (1) using a file. c) Perform paint touch-ups in accordance with the aircraft range - refer to 20-00-03. d) Install door (2) - refer to Paragraph 2. e) Adjust door (2) alignment with engine cowling (1). 13) If necessary, adjust door (2) alignment with engine cowling (1) profile. a) Slightly loosen door (2) attaching nuts. WARNING : PRIOR TO ANY LANDING GEAR OPERATION, MAKE SURE THE LANDING GEAR AREA IS CLEAR. b) Close main switch-breaker. c) Retract the landing gear. d) Open main switch-breaker. e) Pull or push door (2) so that it is 0.08 in (2 mm) back from engine cowling (1) profile.
