Mark bolts with a dash of red paint. 18) Smear segments (54), cage (39), shouldered bushing (31), needle stop (38) and counterplate (37) with lubricant (TB 04-004A). 19) Insert counterplate (37), needle stop (38), then hinged body (36) fitted with cage (39) and shouldered bushing (31) into landing gear leg (23). 20) Insert and secure upper stop (30) into landing gear leg (23) using bolt (24), washer (50) and a new nut (49). 21) Attach lever (51) to landing gear leg (23) using bolts (53) and washers (52). 22) Apply an even thick coat of protection product (TB 05-917) onto bearing (40) up to 0-ring (35) with a flat paint brush. 23) Insert sliding cylinder (45) / bearing (40) assembly into landing gear leg (23). 24) Remove excess protection product (TB 05-917) scraped off by landing gear leg (23). 25) Install circlip (44) into landing gear leg (23) groove. 26) Rotate landing gear leg (23) several times to make sure circlip (44) positioning is correct. 27) Clean sliding cylinder (45). Lubricate it with hydraulic fluid (TB 02-001). 28) Use Loctite (TB 09-906) to install charging valve (21) with new 0-ring (22).
