Information specific to R.H. installation are given in square brackets. 1. SERVICING None 2. REMOVAL / INSTALLATION - MAIN LANDING GEAR A. Tools and consumable materials - Drain receptacle - Lubricant (TB 04-004A) - Hydraulic jacks - Centering cup - Cleaning agent (TB 11-003) - Blanking caps - Loctite (TB 08-901) - Loctite (TB 08-013C) B. Removal of the main landing gear (Figure 201) 1) Jack up the aircraft - refer to 07-10-00. 2) Disconnect the battery. 3) Disconnect the connectors and remove the attachment clamps. 4) Remove inspection doors 511 [611] and 512 [612]. 5) Disconnect landing gear door rod (12) from landing gear ; retain washer (13) and discard cotter pin (14). 6) Place a drain receptacle under the brake system pipes / hoses junction near the landing gear. 7) Disconnect the brake system hose (access via inspection door 512 or [612]) and install blanking caps at both ends on pipes and hoses. 8) Remove lower attachment of compensating spring (20), retain roller (15) and washer (16) and discard cotter pin (17). 9) Disconnect hinged strut (11) from the landing gear ; retain bolt (9), shouldered washer (10), washer (19) and discard nut (18). Pre-MOD. 151 - see Detail A 10) Remove front attachment of landing gear on bearing (5) (access via inspection door 511 [611]), retain bolt (6), washer (7), nut (2) and discard cotter pin (1).
