- Lubricant (TB 04-004A) - Cleaning agent (TB 11-002) B. Removal of the main landing gear door 1) Jack up the aircraft - refer to 07-10-00. 2) Remove and retain clevis pin (6) and washer (10). Discard cotter pin (9). 3) Uncouple door (11) from landing gear door junction rod (8). 4) Remove screw (2) and tab (13) (if installed). 5) Remove door (11) by pulling hinge pin (1) or, if installed, (12) out of the hinge. 6) Clean the removed parts. C. Installation of the main landing gear door 1) Position the door under the wings. 2) Coat hinge pin (1) with lubricant (TB 04-004A). NOTE : Hinge pin (12), if installed, is coated with a NUFLON film, do not lubricate it. 3) Attach the door to the wings with hinge pin (1) or, if installed, (12). 4) Secure tab (13) (if installed) with screw (2). 5) Couple door (11) to landing gear door junction rod (8). 6) Secure landing gear door junction rod (8) with clevis pin (6) previously coated with lubricant (TB 04-004A), washer (10) and a new cotter pin (9). WARNING : BEFORE ANY LANDING GEAR RETRACTION OR "NORMAL" OR "EMERGENCY" EXTENSION PROCEDURE, AND / OR LANDING GEAR CIRCUIT-BREAKER CLOSING, MAKE SURE THAT THE LANDING GEAR IMMEDIATE SURROUNDINGS ARE CLEAR (PERSONS OR THINGS). 7) Retract the landing gear. 8) Check the good adjustment of the door in its well under the wings. 9) If necessary, readjust the door using landing gear door junction rod (8) adjustable end. WARNING : BEFORE ANY "NORMAL" OR "EMERGENCY" LANDING GEAR RETRACTION OR EXTENSION PROCEDURE, AND / OR LANDING GEAR CIRCUIT-BREAKER CLOSING, MAKE SURE THAT THE LANDING GEAR IMMEDIATE SURROUNDINGS ARE CLEAR (PERSONS OR THINGS).
