8) Put a drop of loctite (TB 08-013C) along microswitch (1) thread. 9) Actuate on nuts (2) so that the hinged arm drives in the microswitch 0.06 in (±. 0.01 in) [1.5 mm (± 0.3 mm), after the first click. CAUTION : AFTER WORKING ON THE GROUND SAFETY MICROSWITCHES, CHECK THEM FOR GOOD OPERATION BEFORE LOWERING THE AIRCRAFT TO GROUND. WARNING : PRIOR TO ANY LANDING GEAR-OPERATION, MAKE SURE THE LANDING GEAR AREA IS CLEAR. 10) Test microswitch (1) in operating position. a) Close main switch-breaker. b) Close landing gear circuit-breaker. c) Set landing gear control lever to retracted position and check the electrohydraulic generator is correctly supplied. d) Set landing gear control lever to extended position. Open the landing gear circuit-breaker and main switch-breaker. 11) If necessary, repeat steps 6) to 10) for the second microswitch. 12) Check landing gear control linkage and indicating system - refer to 32-30-00. 13) If connected, disconnect the ground power unit - refer to 24-40-00. 14) Lower the aircraft to ground and remove the jacks - refer to 07-10-00. 15) Once the aircraft lowered to ground, make sure the microswitch feeling head is no longer in contact with the landing gear hinged arm.
