9) Secure tunnel (8) to angle bracket (7) and to rear section with screws (9).
10) Install microphone recess (2) and microphone support (1), secure with washers (12) and screws (11).
11) Install both side guides (6), secure with washers (5) and screws (4).
12) Install screw (3) on central pedestal.
13) Stick the tunnel and rear section carpet using adhesive (TB 08-907).
14) Install the front seat belt attachments.
15) Move the front seats to normal position.
With oxygen system
16) Perform an operational test on oxygen system - refer to 35-00-00.

TUNNEL
REMOVAL / INSTALLATION
1. REMOVAL OF THE TUNNEL (Figures 401 and 401A)
A. Tools and consumable materials
None
B. Procedure
1) Move the front seats to maximum forward position.
2) Remove the front seat belt attachments.
3) Unstick the tunnel and rear section carpet to gain access to screws (10) securing tunnel (9).
4) Remove screw (4) from the central pedestal.
5) Remove screws (5), washers (6) and both side guides (7).
6) Remove screws (16) and washers (17), remove and retain microphone support (1).
7) Remove screws (18) and washers (19), disengage plate (3).
Option Pre-MOD. 151. Standard Post-MOD. 151
8) Remove radio connection jacks (2) and, if installed, BOSE headset connectors (18). With 10.34.700A Option
8) Disconnect connecting plugs (20).

9) Remove plate (3).
10) If installed, remove screws (14) and washers (15), disengage plate (13), remove radio connection
jacks (12) and BOSE headset connectors (18).
11) Remove plate (13).
12) Remove screws (10).
13) Remove tunnel (9).
2. INSTALLATION OF THE TUNNEL (Figures 401 and 401A)
A. Tools and consumable materials
- Adhesive (TB 08-907)
B. Procedure
1) Check the parts for correct condition, replace if necessary.
2) Make sure all the tools and materials are removed and the work area is clean and free from debris.
3) Install tunnel (9).
4) Secure tunnel (9) to angle bracket (8) and to the rear section with screws (10).
