REMOVAL OF THE REAR BENCH (Figure 401) A. Tools and consumable materials None B. Procedure 1) To remove L.H. and R.H. rear seatpans (8), pull them up (seatpans are secured with "velcro" tapes). 2) To remove glove compartment (9) assembly, pull it up (glove compartment is secured with "velcro" tapes). 3) To separate L.H. and R.H. rear seat backrests (1) from support plate (2), pull backrests (1) forward (backrests are secured with "velcro" tapes). 4) To remove armrest assembly (10) : a) Remove and discard both retaining rings (12). b) Disengage and remove armrest assembly (10). 5) To separate armrest support (11) from support plate (2), pull armrest support (11) forward (armrest support is secured with "velcro" tapes). 6) To remove support plate (2) : a) Unclip the soundproofing cloth fasteners on support plate (2). b) Press and unscrew both 1/4 turn fasteners (6) of air regulation hose (5) on rear floor (7). c) Pull both locks (3) inwards. d) Lift support plate (2) to clear it forward. 2. INSTALLATION OF THE REAR BENCH (Figure 401) A. Tools and consumable materials None B.
