NOTE : If necessary, replace the double-sided adhesive tape securing the front and rear pedestal covers. 8) If removed, install and secure reinforcement plate (17) with screws (18). 9) Install wing flap control plate (3) and secure protective device (4) with attachment screws. CAUTION : INSTALL THE RING UNDER LIGHTER (8) BEFORE CONNECTING THE LIGHTER POWER SUPPLY WIRES. 10) Connect lighter (8) power supply wires through ashtray (9) aperture. 11) Install ashtray (9). 12) Secure side pedestal covers (12) and (20) with securing buttons (6). 13) Install rudder tab control knob (13) and secure with screw (14). 14) If removed, install the seats - refer to 25-11-00. CAUTION : IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT CONTROLLED COMPONENTS REACH MECHANICAL STOP BEFORE CONTROL LEVERS REACH MECHANICAL STOP ON CONTROL PEDESTAL. 15) Move control levers (5), (21) and (22) twice or three times. Make sure that controlled components reach mechanical stop before control levers reach mechanical stop on control pedestal. 16) Check pitch trim lighting and lighter (8) for correct operation. 17) Check wing flap control plate (3) for correct displacement. 18) Check control knob (13) and rudder tab for correct displacement - refer to 27-20-00.
