1) Connect the position transmitter potentiometer to contact 4:40 < Rx s 300 (Rx : adjustable resistor). 2) Connect the indicator or the voltmeter to contact 5. Aircraft 14 V 3) Supply contact 3 at a voltage of 14 V. Aircraft 28 V 3) Supply contact 1 at a voltage of 28 V. All 4) Extend the flaps to "take-off" position. Open SW1 microswitch and position the indicator pointer to the intermediate position by adjusting P2 to obtain Rx = 245 Ohms and Vs = 2.57 V ± 10 mV. NOTE : The spot on the microswitch indicates that SW1 is "ON". 5) Retract the flaps and adjust the indicator by adjusting P4 to obtain Rx = 300 Ohms and Vs = 1 V± 10 mV. 6) Position the flaps to the intermediate position. Close SW1 microswitch and, if necessary, adjust P5 to obtain a correct indication. 7) Position the flaps to "landing" position and adjust P3 to obtain Rx = 75 Ohms and Vs = 5 V ± 10 mV. 8) Lock the potentiometers with varnish (TB 07-906). NOTE : P6 potentiometer must in no case be adjusted on aircraft. Varnish-lock P6 potentiometer in the laboratory. AEAA Validity : "AVIAC" flap actuator 27-50-01Page 206 (DA) MAR 00 1 - Bracket
