10) Wait for one minute min. then open main switch-breaker.
11) Set SW2 graduated thumbwheel to "F". Fuel flow indicator (1) is in operate mode. Therefore, only group 2 data can be programmed.
12) Close main switch-breaker.
13) Program the maximum quantity of usable fuel :
a) Set "ADD/FULL" switch to "FULL" and hold for the entire procedure.
b) Simultaneously depress "ENTER/TEST" button and "USED/REM" switch while the system counts down for 15 s.
c) Release "ENTER/TEST" button only and "USED/REM" switch.
d) The message "FULL" followed with the value in US Gallons appear.
e) Move "USED/REM" switch to display the correct fuel quantity value - refer to Table below ("USED" position to decrement the value, "REM" position to increment it).

f) Depress "ENTER/TEST" button to store the value. The message "FULL" disappears and fuel flow indicator returns to normal operating mode.
g) Release "ADD/FULL" switch.
14) Perform a check sequence of fuel flow indicator (1) - refer to Paragraph 2.
15) During the test, make sure "K" factor displayed value corresponds to the value recorded on flow transmitter (2) and make sure the maximum quantity of usable fuel displayed is correct.
NOTE : If the values do not correspond, repeat the programming procedure.
16) Wait for one minute min. then open main switch-breaker.
17) Disconnect the ground power unit - refer to 24-40-00.

18) Mask access to graduated thumbwheels with a new "CAUTION" red adhesive label (4).
19) Write the value of "K" factor (3) on the new label.
20) Make sure all the tools and materials are removed and the work area is clean and free from debris.
21) Install fuel flow indicator (1).
2. TEST FUNCTION OF FUEL FLOW INDICATOR
NOTE : If the test is performed while the engine is running, fuel flow is not recorded by the computer
for 17 seconds.

B. Procedure
1) Connect the ground power unit - refer to 24-40-00.
2) Close main switch-breaker.
3) Depress "ENTER/TEST" button for 3 seconds.
4) Make sure pixels flash (3 flashes).
5) Make sure inverse pixels flash (3 flashes).
