INDICATING SYSTEM
DESCRIPTION AND OPERATION
1. GENERAL
Indicating system is used to indicate fuel flow used by the engine. Indicating system includes :
- the fuel flow indicator,
- the fuel flow totalizer (option) which includes :
. the flow transmitter,
. the fuel flow indicator.

3. DESCRIPTION
A. Fuel flow indicator
The indicator (dual) receives information from flow divider (pressure) and air inlet casing. Located on R.H. instrument panel, it indicates to the pilot every flow and pressure change which may occur in the fuel system.
B. Flow transmitter (option)
The flow transmitter is located on the fuel pipe near electric pump. It sends an electrical signal to fuel flow indicator.
C. Fuel flow indicator (option)
The fuel flow indicator shows the fuel quantity consumed by the aircraft. It is calibrated in pounds, gallons or liters per hour.
The fuel flow indicator is located on the L.H. or R.H. instrument panel.

4. OPERATION
A. Fuel flow totalizer (option)
The fuel flow totalizer can be used as a single flight totalizer (one single flight) or as a long term flight totalizer (several flights).
