5) Make sure control knob is set to "NORMAL".
6) Install the mask on your face and breathe in "NORMAL" and "100 %", check flow indication for operation.
NOTE : When pressure is normal, a green range appears and when pressure is low, a red range appears.
7) Test the radio - refer to 23-10-00.
8) Set the control knob to "NORMAL".
9) Disconnect the front seat oxygen mask.
10) Repeat operations 4) to 9) for the other front oxygen mask.
11) Connect passenger oxygen masks to oxygen connecting plugs.
12) On each mask, make sure oxygen flow is constant and check flow indicator for operation.
NOTE : When pressure is normal, a green range appears and when pressure is low, a red range appears.
13) Set the cabin oxygen control to "OFF".
14) Clean and disinfect the front seat and passengers masks with cleaning agents (TB 11-001) and (TB 11-920), dry and stow them into front and rear headrests.
15) Make sure all the tools and materials are removed and the work area is clean and free from debris.
16) If necessary, recharge the oxygen cylinder - refer to 12-16-00.

OXYGEN
ADJUSTMENT / TEST
WARNING : OBSERVE ALL THE SAFETY PRECAUTIONS DESCRIBED PAGES 301.
CAUTION : OXYGEN SYSTEM SERVICING MUST BE PERFORMED BY QUALIFIED PERSONNEL.
1. LEAK TEST OF THE OXYGEN SYSTEM
A. Tools and consumable materials - Leakage detector (TB 05-926)
B. Procedure
1) Make sure that the main switch-breaker is open.
2) Install the warning sign prohibiting main switch-breaker operation.

DO NOT OPERATE

3) Open access door 219.
4) Set cabin oxygen control lever to "ON".
Following a maintenance operation
5) Apply leakage detector (TB 05-926) on the part of the system which has been disconnected and look for
bubbles.
Following a detected but not located leak
5) Remove access doors, cowlings and/or upholstery panels necessary to gain access to the system
components - refer to 06-30-00.
NOTE : Begin the leak research with the most accessible items.
6) Apply leakage detector (TB 05-926) on the system unions and look for bubbles to localize leak. All
CAUTION : DO NOT TIGHTEN AN UNION WHILE THE SYSTEM IS CHARGED.
7) If a leak is found, perform the following operations :
a) Set cabin oxygen control lever to "OFF".
b) Connect a passenger oxygen mask to an oxygen connecting plug to de-pressurize the system.
c) Remove residual leakage detector.
d) Repair as necessary - see Page 401 and refer to 35-00-01.
e) Make sure all the tools and materials are removed and the work area is clean and free from debris.
