Adhesive applied at temperatures below 65°F (18°C) has reduced bond strength. 14) Allow to dry for about one hour, then apply a second coat of adhesive on both surfaces. 15) Allow to dry until surfaces are sticky. 16) Start to position deicing rubber strip (1) from inboard edge according to centerline and edge marks. 17) Press on the strip end, stretch it and make blade outboard and strip centerlines coincide. NOTE 1 : If strip gets off course, pull up with a quick motion and reapply the strip.
