轻型运动航空器概述
LSA General Introduction
2004年7月16日FAA颁布了“最终法规”－“为了轻型运动航空器的运行而进行航空器和航空人员的合格审定”，该最终法规于2004年9月1日生效
FAA issued final rule “Certification of Aircraft and Airmen for the Operation of Light-Sport Aircraft” on July 16 2004, and effective on September 1 2004
该最终法规对Parts 1、21、43、45、61、65和91进行了修订
The final rule amends Parts 1, 21, 43, 45, 61, 65 and 91
2004年9月1日生效的FAR 21-85号修正案，在其“特殊适航证”中增加了一种“轻型运动适航证”，允许这些航空器通过合格飞行人员驾驶，用于运动和娱乐，载乘一名旅客，进行飞行训练或以一种安全的方式运行
