􀂄 9. 适航指令Airworthiness Directives
􀂄 按照CCAR－39的规定对作为限用类航空器进行适航审定的轻型运动航空器颁发适航指令
Airworthiness directives may be issued to an LSA, as required by CCAR 39
􀂄 轻型运动航空器型号设计批准书的持有人应采取行动，解决在使用中所有因设计或生产质量缺陷引起的重大安全问题。如果局方认为有必要颁发适航指令，型号设计批准书的持有人则需根据第21.99条的要求制定必需的服务通告
Type design approval (TDA) holder of LSA should take action to correct an unsafe condition resulted from a deficiency of design or manufacturing.
When the authority believes an AD is necessary, the holder should prepare the Service Bulletin (SB) as required by CCAR 21.99
