Torque according to "Specific cases" tightening procedure - refer to 20-00-01. 4) Wipe off excess sealant with a clean lintfree cloth moistened with cleaning agent (TB 11-003). 5) Mark bolts (10) and (12) and nuts (7) with a red paint line. 6) Install the hinged strut of the main landing gear - refer to 32-30-03. 7) Lubricate strut bearing (22) with grease (TB 04-004A) - refer to 12-21-05. 8) Make sure all the tools and materials are removed and the work area is clean and free from debris. 9) Install the cowling under hull 218F. 10) Lower the aircraft to ground and remove the jacks - refer to 07-10-00. 5. REMOVAL OF THE CYLINDER ATTACHMENT FITTING (Figure 401) A. Tools and consumable materials - Cleaning agent (TB 11-003) - Spatula - Clean lintfree cloths B. Procedure 1) Jack up the aircraft - refer to 07-10-00. 2) Remove the cowling under hull 218F. 3) Remove the actuating cylinder attachment from cylinder attachment fitting (3) - refer to 32-30-01. 4) Disengage the actuating cylinder from cylinder attachment fitting (3). 5) Remove and discard nuts (4), remove washers (5) and bolts (6). 6) Remove cylinder attachment fitting (3). 7) Remove the sealant with a spatula and clean the surfaces with a clean lintfree cloth moistened with cleaning agent (TB 11-003). 6. INSTALLATION OF THE CYLINDER ATTACHMENT FITTING (Figure 401) A.
