.. It all begun in 1934 when a group of aviation enthusiasts opened a small workshop and started to build gliders
.. Later in 1936, a famous Czech aviation company, AVIA opened its factory in Kunovice which was later confiscated by the Luftwaffe
.. During WWII the company served as a repair and maintenance facility for Junkers and Arado aircraft
.. After the war the company worked on most all types of airplanes that were then flying in Czechoslovakia
.. During 50's and 60's the factory manufactured the famous L-200 Morava, Z-37 Bumble Bee, light military training jets, twins L-410 and L-13 Blanik

.. After the Velvet revolution the company was underfunded and later was declared insolvent (Let Kunovice)
.. The company was sold from the bankruptcy to a company Aircraft Industries
.. Aircraft Industries decided to abandon light and sport plane programs and decided to focus fully on L-410
.. Aviation specialists who left the company set up a new company which was focused on the newly formed Light Sport Aircraft segment
.. In 2006 company officials approached Slavia Capital with requests for equity financing for thir expansion plan
.. Slavia Capital evaluated the Light Sport Industry sector as very prospective and provided equity to fund the expansion plan
.. Unfortnatelly in 2007 the company suffered liquidity problems caused by deliveries of aircrafts under production price to its US distributor
.. Slavia Capital proposed to recapitalize the company however this recovery plan was rejected by remaining shareholders
